Straight from Edinson Argote at Quebraditas Coffee Farm, with sourcing help from Know Where Coffee, this advanced natural process SL28 is one of the most amazing coffees I've ever come across. From the aroma of the green coffee to the last drop of a pour over cup...this coffee is liable to change your perspective on what coffee can be. 

This coffee undergoes a careful double fermentation: initial fermentation of 72 hours, then dried for twelve days until reaching 20% hydration, and rehydrated for 4 days with a specifically selected yeast.

Roasted to a light-medium to temper the acidity and bring out more sweetness and chocolate notes that are fruity and creamy.
