The current selection is the Recruitment Lot from Unblended Coffee, a project focused on young producers in Colombia. This coffee is composed of young coffee producers from Andes, Sonson, Cauca and Huila. It features a traditional washed coffee harvested from the regions we work at, harvested at an altitude between 1800 and 2000 masl. This coffee has notes of chocolate, citric acid flavors like tangerine, and a balanced sweetness of molasses. It's the perfect cup for an everyday coffee. This lot is the result of different hands coming together to produce a bigger lot. It's a result of cooperation, co-creation, and the beginning of a bigger project.
