This one doesn't need much introduction. It's another absolute banger from Edinson Argote by way of KWC. It's another coffee that makes us stop and ask "Is this the best coffee I've ever had?"

Big sweet notes, citrus, candy, dark chocolate....all the complexity you can swing a bat at. Only here while it lasts.

Ombligon (named after the little “belly button” shape on the cherry) is a rare natural mutation believed to trace back to Ethiopian genetics. It grows in tight clusters with wide leaves and strong rust resistance, making it both beautiful and hardy.

This lot was crafted using what Edinson calls an advanced fermentation process—a modern, small-batch method that brings out intense sweetness and clarity: 72-hour initial fermentation in cherry, rehydration with selected yeast for 4 days, and 76-hour drying at 40°C after partial drying to 20% humidity. All done in 80–100 kg batches for full control and flavor development.
