Here's another new one for Cat Nap...our first coffee from India. And it's a fun one. This is a washed process S9 varietal (a hybridization of Arabica Tafarikela and Timor  originating from Ethiopia) but also has the addition of inoculation with locally collected cultures from limes during the fermentation stage of processing.

This is a very clean cup. Light and juicy with bright florals and herbal notes.

This is also the 12th consecutive Cosmic Curations series release! A full year of one-off out-of-this-world coffees.
